Overnet

Overnet is an alternative way to share files brought to you by the team at Edonkey2000.

It's a file sharing application to share all kinds of files over the Internet, but with one major difference: it doesn't need an intermediary server, the clients act as their own servers and communicate directly with each other. This way, Overnet provides a pretty efficient network that works well in searches on the Edonkey network.

Generally, the program is easier to use than other peer2peer apps, although at the end of the day, it will be down to you to assess its overall efficiency in downloading files.
